Here is a list. (It's a good one)

The things I want to do Vs The lazy gene that tells me it cannot be so.

Here is a list.
  1. Learn French
  2. Exercise
  3. Eat healthily/ smarter
  4. Photograph technically well
Not too much there, I hear you say. Oh yes. But these are pretty big things! Tomorrow begins day one of my new routine.  I will be back at work 8-6pm everyday. I have a new house in which I rarely get evening access to the kitchen during the week. I must work around this.  I also need to save vast amounts of money between now and the 31st December. Things they are a changing!

Lets do this!

I will be blogging things along the way but my first challenge is to work out a schedule of how to fit this stuff in, almost like homework slots. An hour after work on such and such a day for this activity, another hour after work on this day - and so on. I can't let myself get bored, as I am prone to making a big deal from nothing and will probably end up in a heap on the floor if I'm not too careful. 

It's payday in 9 days. I already have a gym membership, and seriously - achieving all this in 6 months cannot be that hard?!

So: Schedule time!

  • Lundi - hour of French
  • Mardi - hour of photography theory
  • Mercredi - hour run after work
  • Jeudi - hour of French
  • Vendredi - hour of reading for pleasure
  • Samedi - hour run
  • Dimanche - RELAXING (sleeping)   

As well as these slots of time, I will intersperse little bouts of exercise at home (dumbells, yoga) and spend time planning my meals. 

It's a good challenge!
